Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that the following applications have been submitted to the Sandwich Planning Board and will be reviewed by the Board at Sandwich Town Hall on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 7:00 P.M.:
Request for Steep Slopes Review for property owned by Alison J. Gage, Sandwich, NH, located at Route 113, North Sandwich Road, Tax Map R9, Lot 22B, Rural Residential District, for construction of new residence and 3-bedroom leach field within a steep slopes (15-25%) area.
Case #2017-11, Ambrose Bros., Inc.
Request for Earth Excavation Permit for property owned by Ambrose Bros., Inc., Meredith, NH, Tax Map R3, Lots 31 and 49, Rural Residential District, for continuation of or re-permit of a 2012 permit as well as an additional permit for excavation of 50,000 square feet (1.14 acres), 44,000 square feet of which is in steep slopes.

Request for a Boundary Line Adjustment for property owned by Kenneth Cargill, Conway, NH, and Libby Road Timber Lands LLC, North Conway, NH, located at 115 Libby Road on R8, Lots 25 and 25A, Rural Residential District, conveying 13.94 acres from Lot 25 to Lot 25A, resulting in two lots of 48.6 and 30.14 acres.
Case #2017-13, Robert Miner and Timothy Miner
Request for Subdivision for property owned by Robert Miner and Timothy Miner of 354 Little Pond Road, located on R10, Lot 67E, Rural Residential District, to subdivide an existing lot to create one new lot of 10.11 acres with a residual lot of 12.82 acres.
Upon a finding by the Board that sufficient information has been provided to initiate formal review, the Board will accept an application and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the meeting, an application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
