Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that the following applications have been submitted to the Sandwich Planning Board and will be reviewed by the Board at Sandwich Town Hall on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 7:00 P.M.:
Request for Subdivision Review for property owned by Grace Payne and Warren Steele, located at Whiteface Intervale Road, Tax Map R6, Lot 6, Rural Residential District. Applicant proposes a subdivision of the existing lot resulting in two lots.
Case #2017-07 John P. Dolan
Request for Site Plan Review for property owned by John P. Dolan, 284 Wentworth Hill Road, Tax Map R10, Lot 1F, Rural Residential District. Applicant proposes to operate a bed & breakfast in an existing residence.
Case #2017-08 Beaver Swamp, LLC, and Elliott R. & Nancy P. Berkowitz, Trustees
Request for a Boundary Line Adjustment for property owned by Beaver Swamp, LLC, and Elliott & Nancy Berkowitz Living Trusts, Holderness Road & Buzzell Ridge Road, Tax Map R12, Lots 14 & 15, Rural Residential District. Applicants propose lot adjustments from Lot 15 to Lot 14.
Case #2017-09 Whitney Patridge
Request for Site Plan Review for property owned by Whitney Patridge and Amelia Reynolds, 362 Wentworth Hill Road, Tax Map R10, Lot 23A, Rural Residential District. Applicant proposes to build open shed for portable sawmill and lumber.
Upon a finding by the Board that sufficient information has been provided to initiate formal review, the Board will accept an application and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the meeting, an application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
