In consideration of the 2019 Sandwich Town Meeting vote to reduce the size of the Town’s carbon footprint, the Sandwich Energy Committee has spent the past year researching possibilities for installation of a solar photovoltaic array intended to offset the municipal electricity usage. The committee will hold a special meeting this Wednesday, 2/1, at 6:30 in the Benz Center to consider proposing a warrant article for March Town Meeting for such an installation. The public is invited to attend Wednesday evening to learn about the proposal and provide input to the committee.

Sandwich Energy Committee
